An important part of The Business Learning Laboratory methodology is the measurement of results.
By talking to the business before the work begins we gather hard and soft data indicators. Using these we work with clients to establish the impact on the business of the learning intervention.
Also our one to one coaching sessions with every participant provides us with valuable information about levels of learning and behaviour application. The coaching process allows individuals to adjust their implementation plans as they go and helps them to achieve measurable success.
