Developing performance is at the heart of all POD training. Our programmes are bespoke - designed to fit the client’s and each individual’s needs.

They are an integrated process consisting of seven elements:

  1. Research of the organisation to understand its market position
  2. Prework to clarify learning objectives; this will typically involve each delegate’s manager and profiling tools
  3. A workshop which will be interactive, innovative and issues based
  4. Follow up coaching for each participant
  5. An ongoing learning programme – weblinks, reading, elearning
  6. A peer coaching programme and alumni group to support ongoing learning
  7. An ongoing evaluation process to monitor impact and return on investment

Increasing individual performance is magnified through increasing others’ performance which translates through into increasing organisational performance. That way we achieve ‘grow people, grow profit’.
