Communication Skills

“Lack of communication….. communication breakdown…..nobody listens…”

If you could overhear conversations in most organisations you would certainly hear these phrases, or something very similar. POD consultants have worked with hundreds of people at all levels in many organisations and poor communication is the most frequently quoted reason for disappointment or failure. It doesn’t have to be.

Individuals can learn how to reflect on their communication style, understand the impact of their style on others, and be able to flex their style to get the best results. They can learn to apply simple yet vital skills through which they will find powerful ways to connect to others.

When communication improves so does understanding and mutual valuing.
