A two day workshop supported by two one-to-one coaching sessions that gives new managers a toolkit to meet the demands of their new role. The programme covers the five core skills needed for a successful transition from team member to team leader. Participants leave with a SMART action plan that the course tutor helps to implement through individual coaching sessions.

Learning supported by:

In addition to the two-day workshop participants will be asked to complete a pre-course activity to assess their current level of management skills. They will have access to DMS, the POD on-line delegate management system, through which they can communicate with the tutor and other participants, and download further information about the five core management skills.
