For managers who have had one to two years’ management experience and who want to refresh their core skills and explore new skill areas. In addition to the core skills this programme covers creative problem solving, influencing skills and running effective meetings and conference calls. There is also an opportunity for participants to receive 180° feedback and discuss this with the course tutor.

In addition to the two-day workshop participants will be asked to complete a pre-course activity to assess their current level of management skills. They will have access to DMS, the POD on-line delegate management system, through which they can communicate with the tutor and other participants, and download further information about the five core management skills.
