Stepping up from managing a team of individual contributors to managing a team of managers is a major transition. When this has to be achieved in a global environment there are even more factors to consider. This programme helps such managers to turn a group of people into a team, to tailor feedback appropriately with sensitivity to cultural differences, to identify potential within their team and to optimise the individual contributions from their diverse team members.

Duration

Group workshops and individual coaching sessions to be tailored to client needs.
