For organisations to be successful in a global marketplace individual managers need to understand the barriers to effective working across cultures. They need to be able to develop international team spirit and manage local versus global tensions. This workshop shows participants how to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings as well as manage performance within a remote team. It helps them to build trust and respect within their team and provides them with knowledge and skills to apply successful leadership skills in a multicultural business environment.
