A major player in the service sector asked POD to design a pan-European management development programme for its location managers. The pilot workshops were deemed to be fun, practical and to have immediate impact. The POD team then trained a team of in-house trainers and supported them to deliver the programme across Europe within a period of less than six months.
A client in the investment-banking sector consulted POD about shifting the framework of its management development programmes towards the Leadership Pipeline model. POD consultants reviewed existing material, adapted this where possible and introduced new material where it was necessary. We then launched the new programmes as a blend of diagnostic tools, workshop sessions, group and individual coaching.
