New Team Integration
New teams must go through recognised stages of development before they can deliver high performance. This two-day event will kick start the development of a new team and help the team to understand what a team is (and what it isn’t), who does what and how the communication process works.
Course Objectives
By the end of the offsite, the team members will have:
- learned about and understood each other better;
- identified the characteristics of a successful team;
- understood the new team’s role within the ‘big picture’
- explored opportunities and challenges facing the team;
- developed and articulated core team values;
- identified and prioritised what they need to do first.
Pre-Work
Each participant will complete a team working profile questionnaire (Myers Briggs Test) to be shared and explored at the offsite, giving insight into each other’s behaviour.
