Team Offsite – Motivation

gold bars icon

Team motivation is one of the most critical elements of team operation but one that is frequently overlooked. Team motivation is driven by how well the team and its environment are meeting the needs of the individual members and these are personal and will vary from team member to team member. This one-day offsite recognises the importance of balancing results with team building and leads to increased motivation and a heightened sense of accomplishment within the team.

Course Objectives

By the end of the offsite, the team members will have:

  • recognised the team’s achievements and their individual contributions;
  • learned about and understood each other better;
  • analysed 28 factors that affect team motivation and how they apply;
  • explored opportunities and challenges facing the team;
  • developed and articulated core team values;
  • had fun.
