Time Management

Time is a non-negotiable resource. We cannot manage it; we can only manage ourselves and thus control how we use our time. Our attitudes to time are constantly changing as we adapt to new technology, faster travel, and increased options in how we work. Our attitude to time is also influenced by company culture – working long hours equals working hard; if you leave on time others might feel you are not pulling your weight. All of these issues are addressed in this time management programme, as well as numerous tips and techniques for using our time efficiently.
