Writing Reports and Proposals
In a business world dominated by technology in communication it takes a particular skill to create reports and proposals that convey facts and ideas effectively. In this workshop we show participants how to structure their reports and proposals, how to choose the most appropriate “style”, how to use the right language and how to summarise and present their documents with style.
Duration
1 day workshop followed by 2 feedback sessions on participants’ work after the workshop.
Course Objectives
At the end of the programme participants will be better able to:
- formulate concepts and ideas;
- draft fluently and efficiently;
- produce strong clear prose;
- use their own “voice” when writing;
- make their point clearly;
- generate interest with their writing;
- produce accurate error–free text;
- use layout to support their message;
- move from blank page to delivered document without stress.
